A psychology and neuroscience student, Amanda has devoted their life to understanding and enhancing the mind-body connection. With a background as a registered yoga and meditation teacher, a fitness trainer, and a former salon owner, she combines practical knowledge with a deep understanding of resilience, mental health, and holistic healing. Her story of overcoming adversity is an inspiration. She doesn’t just teach it, she’s lived it!
